This tool evaluates the risk of an AI system using principles from the AIRO Ontology. It collects AI risk inputs via a structured questionnaire, applies heuristic risk scoring logic, and outputs results as a human-readable Markdown report and RDF/Turtle data for linked data applications. Available as both a web app and CLI tool.
